One of our favorite ways to eat broccoli. This one is from Dinner At the Zoo. Usually use half the amount of oyster sauce. Often include sliced mushrooms and/or chopped onions and it works fine. When either fresh ginger or fresh garlic isn't available, powdered is substituted and it's still tasty. If beef broth isn't handy, substitute with beef flavor Better Than Bouillon and it works. And if there is leftover roast beef, it is substituted for the raw roast beef.
