From Delish. The best lemon pepper seasoning is Newman's. Significantly better than the others tried. Prefer to slice the breasts thin and maybe even pound them a bit to get them a uniform width to help cook evenly. Another good recipe to handle those problematic chicken breasts that like to turn dry when cooked. Nice that this comes together quickly.

Toughest part was finding the Marsala wine for this. Got Taylor Marsala at Safeway. About $9/bottle. Not that expensive, but not cheap. Could probably get two full recipes/bottle. Marsala wine tasted like cream sherry to both of us. Expect cream sherry could easily substitute for the Marsala.
