Holiday hacks - add a pedestal and dome to a WOC base

Notes:	The base unit of a World of Color Sipper Cup is combined with a candle holder from Dollar Tree and a dome constructed from a 2 L plastic beverage bottle. In this example, the centerpiece is a castle light-up ornament, but virtually anything could be chosen, instead.

Notes:	The base portion of a World of Color Sipper Cup is used as a base for some Dollar Tree light-up figurines. Adding some plastic artificial snow enhances the diffusion and lends a nice effect. Easy hack.

World of Color Sipper Cup - v1.42

Beginning on July 17th, 2015, two new Made with Magic devices went on sale at the Anaheim parks. The device sold at California Adventure is the World of Color Sipper Cup. It's main function is to serve as a drink container. Consequently, you won't find it in the stores at CA, look for it where they sell food.

Even though it can be a bit hard to get your hands on one of these, I've found the base with the MWM components to be very handy and more versatile than I thought. Check out the article for more details.

Reimagining a World of Color Sipper Cup as Vase

Notes:	This hack is dead simple. From the moment I first saw this, the "cup" reminded me more of a vase than a soft-drink vessel. The transition is an easy one. Take the cup liner out and throw in some artificial flowers, instead. Without the cup liner, the rest of the product is not water sealed. So you can't use this for real flowers unless the cup liner is replaced with something that is designed to hold water.
